About Shadybrook Garlic


From our home to your plate!
Shadybrook Garlic began in 2020, when we, Ethan and Wendy, moved to a farm in North Plains, Oregon with our 8 month old, Leah. We planted our first field of elephant garlic that fall in our front yard. Fueled by pizza and beverages, our friends and family members have helped us along the way. Summer 2021, we added twin babies to the team, Tori and Saige! Along with our friend and partner, Tim, we focused on refining our methods and cultivating a 1/8 acre plot. 2022 brought exciting times as we expanded to 1 full acre. We hope 2023 brings more learning, growth and expansion. We are motivated by our children to keep our fields free of harsh chemicals and use the most sustainable methods possible.
